中药三棱不同来源植物荆三棱和黑三棱的现代研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 对活血化瘀中药三棱不同基源荆三棱和黑三棱块茎的化学成分和药理作用研究进展进行整理,为合理开发利用两种药用资源提供参考。两种三棱主要含有机酸、异香豆素、茋、黄酮等类等成分,其中,异香豆素类和茋类是三棱的特征性成分;两种三棱都具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、抑制血管生成和保护肝纤维化等作用。异香豆素类黑三棱素B是一个选择性TLR2和TLR4拮抗剂,具有多种活性。两种三棱有相似的物质基础和药理活性,为不同科属的两种植物块茎同为三棱药用近千年的历史提供依据。 "SanLeng" is widely used for activating blood and dissolving stasis in China, which is derived from tu- bers of Scirpus yagara and Sparganium stoloniferum of different families. This paper consolidated the chemical composition and pharmacological activities of tubers of S. yagara and S. stoloniferum to create valuable insight on the resources exploitation and utilization of "SanLeng" . The results indicated that isocoumarins, stilbenoids, flavonoid et al. were isolated from "SanLeng", among them, isocoumarins and stilbenoids are the characteristic components. Additionally, it had anti-inflammatory, anti- cancer antiangiogenesis and anti-fibrotic activities. Especially, spanrstolonin B (SsnB), a isocoumarin compound isolated from the tuber of S. yagara, is a Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) and TLR4 antagonist and a significant anti-inflammatory and anti- cancer agent. In conclusion, S. yagara and S. stoloniferum had analogical material foundations and pharmacological effects, which may provide some information to further understanding of the two diverse species used as "SanLeng" .
