摘要
党的十九大报告提出了协同发展的产业体系,为中国产业经济进一步做强做大提供了"中国方案",具有重大现实意义。中国的产业经济在发展中存在不少问题,表现为制造业下行压力偏大、产业增长方式依然比较粗放、高技术产业占比偏低、产业转型发展十分艰难等。这与科技创新、现代金融、人力资源等高端要素支撑不足存在直接关系。建设实体经济、科技创新、现代金融、人力资源协同发展的产业体系,既要把发展经济的着力点放在实体经济上,又要重视科技创新、现代金融、人力资源等高端要素对于实体经济发展的支撑作用。需要采取多方面举措,包括深化供给侧结构性改革、搭建产业体系协同发展平台、全面深化改革等。
The nineteen report of the party puts forward the industrial system of coordinated development.It provides a "China program" for China＇s industrial economy to become bigger and stronger,so it has great practical significance.There are many problems in the development of China＇s industrial economy,such as,the downward pressure on the manufacturing industry is too large,the growth mode of industry is still relatively extensive,the proportion of high-tech industry is low,and the development of industrial transformation is very difficult.These problems are directly related to the lack of high-end elements.These high-end elements include technological innovation,modem finance,human resources and so on.Constructing the industrial system of the real economy,the innovation of science and technology,modem finance,human resource collaborative development coordinated development,we should not only put the focus of economic development on the real economy,but also pay attention to the supporting role of high-teeh innovation,modern finance,human resources and other high-end elements for the development of the real economy.We need to take various measures,including deepening the structural reform of the supply side,building a coordinated development platform of the industrial system,comprehensively deepening the reform and so on.
