摘要
设计了3款紧凑型混合器,混合器A和混合器B为带螺旋式叶片的混合器,混合器C为Y型板式混合器。采用CFD软件对柴油的喷射、蒸发、破碎过程进行了数值模拟,对比研究了带混合器和不带混合器的燃油分布均匀性以及3种混合器的压力损失。结果表明:混合器B对油气的混合效果最好,混合器C的效果略差于B,但混合器B的压力损失太大,对发动机动力性有较大影响,综合考虑混合器C为最佳方案。
Three compact mixers are designed, mixer A and mixer B are separately with blades, and Y shape plate- type mixer C is designed. The processes of spray evaporation and break are simulated using CFD software. Then the fuel distribution uniformity and pressure loss of three kinds of mixers are studied and compared. The results indicate that mixer B has the best mixed effect and mixer C has slightly poor result. But the pressure loss in mixer B is so high that the power perfonnanee of diesel engine is reduced. So comprehensive consideration, mixer C is the best project.
