摘要
习总书记指出,全面推进依法治国是一项长期而重大的历史任务,培养大批高素质法治人才,是全面依法治国建设的重要内容。而高素质的法治人才培养,内在地要求法治人才既要具备较高的理论素养,也要有较强的维权实践能力。针对目前大学生法律维权实践能力不足的现象,探讨大学生法律维权路径选择、思考如何提升大学生法律维权实践能力,意义重大。
it is pointed out that the General Secretary Xi,comprehensively promote the rule of law is a longterm and important historical task,training a large number of high-quality talents is an important content of the rule of law,rule of law construction.The comprehensive and high-quality legal talents cultivation,the inherent requirements of the rule of law personnel should not only have high theoretical knowledge,but also have strong practical rights in view of the current practice of legal rights.The lack of ability of college students,to explore students＇ choice of legal protection path,thinking about how to enhance the students＇ legal rights practice ability,of great significance.
