摘要
监狱罪犯安全控制有内化控制、互监组、值星员、警察警戒、物理防范五大圈层结构,在案例分析中具有清晰的体现。监狱罪犯安全控制圈层结构具有虚实结合、关键圈层区域、轴心联动、圈层缺失的特征。实现监狱罪犯安全控制应实现良好的"内化控制";围绕警察"轴心"圈层,筑牢"关键圈层区域";遵循"圈层完整原则"。
Prison safety control has five layers safety control internalized control,mutual supervision group,executive member,police alert,physical prevention,which is clearly reflected in the case analysis.The characteristics of criminals in prison security control structure has combined with the actual situation,key areas,axis linkage,circle circle missing.The realization of prison safety control should achieve good"inside control";and the police around the"axis"circle to construct"key regional circle";following the"principle of full circle".
