番茄叶片表皮结构对黄化曲叶病毒病抗性的影响研究

Effect of Tomato Leaf Epidermal Structure on Resistance to Yellow Leaf Curl Virus Disease

摘要 以番茄为试材,对番茄叶片表皮细胞、绒毛和根毛进行研究。通过手撕叶片和切片,电镜观察番茄叶片表皮细胞、绒毛及根系根毛生长情况。试验表明,抗病品种的绒毛比感病品种的绒毛多,其品种之间的细胞变化不大,没有明显差异;抗病品种根毛比感病品种的根毛多、壮;观察研究正常植株和感病植株的叶表皮结构,试验表明,叶片上下表皮绒毛数没有明显变化,植株感病后,其叶片表皮细胞变化较大,细胞大小不一,排列不规则,并观察到感病叶片的叶脉有明显的变形邻近筛管分子的伴细胞。 In this study, tomato was used as material to investigate the villi and root hairs of tomato leaf epidermal cells. Shredded tomato leaves and slices were observed under electron microscope to see the growth of tomato leaf epidermal cells, villus and root hair. The result showed that the villi of resistant varieties were more than those of susceptible varieties, and there was no obvious difference between the cells of two varieties. The resistant varieties had more root hair than that of susceptible varieties, and the root hair were stronger. The observation of leaf epidermis structure of normal plant and susceptible plant indicated that there were no obvious change in the number of upper and lower epidermis. After the plant was infected, the epidermal cells of leaves changed greatly. The cells were of different sizes and irregularly arranged. In addition, the veins of the diseased leaves are markedly deformed, with cells adjacent to the sieve tube molecules.
