摘要
对研制的高热安定型航空润滑油进行长期储存性能评定、高温沉积降解特性、高温结焦性能、轴承台架评定。结果表明,研制产品具有优异的润滑抗磨、高温抗氧化、抗结焦、抗泡沫及金属腐蚀抑制等性能,同时具有良好的贮存稳定性及使用性能,满足特殊工况环境下战斗机的用油要求。
The aircraft lubricating oil of high thermal stability was evaluated for the properties of long-term storage,high temperature deposit and degradation characteristics,high temperature coking characteristics and axletree bench experiments.The results show that the new developed product has excellent antiwear and lubricating performance,antioxidation at high temperature,anticoking,antifoam and metal corrosion inhibition performance,and also has excellent long-term storage stability and service performance,which meets the requirement of oil for battleplane under special working conditions.
