摘要
本文通过对在创新型人才培养过程中存在的观念层面的误区、制度层面的弊端、办学层面的问题和教育投入的问题的探讨,提出了从教育理念、教学模式、师资队伍、课程体系建设、德育智育等方面的人才培养对策,以促进高校为社会培养出更多高水平、综合型的创新型人才。
This article through the misunderstanding of culture ideology exist in the process of the innovative talents, the drawbacks of the system level, to explore the problems and problems of school education investment level, put forward the teaching mode, from the concept of education, teachers, curriculum system construction, countermeasures to cultivate the moral intellectual and other aspects of personnel, in order to promote the to cultivate more high level innovative talents for the society, comprehensive type.
