摘要
目的基于文献计量分析法，了解国内外灾害医疗救援队伍研究热点及其分布，为国内灾害医疗救援队伍未来发展提供指导。方法检索1970年1月1日-2017年7月31日，中国知网数据库、万方数据库、Pub Med数据库、Web of Science数据库收录的与灾害医学救援队伍相关的文献，对其进行文献计量学分析。结果中文数据库检索相关文献424篇，外文数据库检索相关文献135篇；聚类分析结果显示，国内外对于灾害医疗救援队伍的研究热点主要分布在灾害医疗救援队伍的培训、队伍模块化建设、卫勤保障、救援案例剖析及经验教训总结、应急体系建设。其中灾害医疗救援队伍的培训是近年国内外研究的核心热点。结论国内文献产出数量总体增长较快，而国外相对比较固定、平稳；应尽快解决灾害医疗救援队伍的培训这一核心热点的研究难题。
Objective To learn the research hotspots of disaster medical rescue teams and their distribution through bibliometric analysis and to provide guidance for the future development of domestic disaster medical rescue teams. Methods Analyzing the literatures, which were related to the disaster medical rescue team collected from 1970.1.1-2017.7.31 by the databases, such as CNKI database, Wanfaug database, PubMed database and Web of Science database. Results The number of published literatures was 424 from the Chinese databases, while 135 from the foreign databases. Results of cluster analysis showed that interrelated research focus was mainly concentrated on five aspects, including training, modular design, medical support, lessons and experiences of some typical rescue cases studies, emergency response system building. And training was the core hotspot in recent years. Conclusion The total output of domestic literatures was growing rapidly, while foreign countries are relatively less and stabler. And we should solve the research puzzles about the most core hotspot as soon as possible.
