摘要
目的:探讨有氧运动结合减肥营养品干预对超重、肥胖女大学生脂肪代谢和炎症因子的影响。方法:筛选某大学单纯超重、肥胖的女大学生30人,随机分为有氧运动+减肥营养品组(E+MR+LC);有氧运动+左旋肉碱组(E+LC);单纯有氧运动对照组(E),三组均进行6周减肥干预。结果:相对于实验前,三种减肥方案都能使受试者体重、BMI、脂联素显著下降(P<0.01),除此之外,E+MR+LC组、E+LC组体脂率、身体脂肪重量、腰臀比、TC、LDL、瘦素、IL-6、TNF-α水平显著下降(P<0.05),脂蛋白酯酶活性显著增加(P<0.05),其中E+MR+LC组体脂率、身体脂肪重量、腰臀比、瘦素、IL-6、TNF-α水平以及E+LC组体脂率、身体脂肪重量、腰臀比下降明显(P<0.01)。相对于E组,E+MR+LC组BMI、身体脂肪重量、腰臀比、LDL、瘦素、IL-6、hs-CRP水平显著下降(P<0.05),TNF-α水平下降明显(P<0.01);E+LC组腰臀比、TC、瘦素、IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:运动结合减肥营养品可以明显降低超重、肥胖大学生的肥胖程度和炎症水平,促进脂肪代谢,在一定程度上降低了肥胖及相关疾病发生风险。
Objective:To explore the effects of aerobic exercise combines with weight loss nutritions on fat Metabolism and inflammatory factors in overweight,obese female college students.Methods:A total of 30 overweight,obese college students were assigned randomly to three groups:Aerobic exercise + combination of weight loss nutritions group(E+MR+LC),aerobic exercise + L-carnitine group(E+LC)and aerobic exercise group(E).The experimental groups received 6 weeks weight loss intervention.Results:After the protocol,comparing with basic datas,all the three weight loss programs can make the subjects' weight,BMI,adiponectin significantly decreased(P〈0.01).Moreover,body fat percentage,body fat,waist-to-hip ratio,TC,LDL,leptin,IL-6 and TNF-α were significantly decreased(P〈0.05),and the activity of lipoprotein lipase was significantly increased(P〈0.05)in E+MR+LC group and E+LC group.Body fat percentage,body fat mass,waist-to-hip ratio,leptin,IL-6,TNF-α in E+MR+LC group and body fat percentage,body fat,waist-to-hip ratio in E+LC group were obviously lower(P〈0.01).Comparing with group E,BMI,body fat mass,waist-to-hip ratio,LDL,leptin,IL-6,hs-CRP(P〈0.05)and TNF-α significantly decreased(P〈0.01)in E+MR+LC group;Waist-to-hip ratio,TC,leptin,IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-α showed significantly decreased(P〈0.05)in E+LC group.Conclusion:Exercise combined with weight loss nutritions can significantly reduce obesity and inflammation level in overweight,obese college students,improving fat Metabolism rate,to a certain extent,thus reducing the risk of obesity and related diseases.
