摘要
高校学生党员的心理资本状态如何,关系到"两学一做"的学习成效。研究者选择了江西省3所高校的学生党员进行抽样调查,探究其心理资本与"两学一做"学习投入的关系。结果表明:大学生党员的心理资本和"两学一做"学习投入总体上都未达到理想的状态,心理资本与学习投入之间存在正相关。可以从社会环境、学校党组织和党员自身三个层面提升学生党员的心理资本,从而提升其"两学一做"的学习投入水平。
The state of psychological capital of college student party members is related to the learning effect of "2Ss1B".The researchers made a sampling survey on selected students from 3 universities in jiangxi province,aiming to explore the relationship between psychological capital and learning engagement of "2Ss1B". The results show that both psychological capital and learning engagement have not achieved the ideal status in general,and there is a positive correlation between psychological capital and learning engagement. The psychological capital of student party members can be promoted from three aspects: social environment,school party organization and party member themselves,so as to enhance the level of learning engagement of "2Ss1B".
