摘要
目的探究中医辨体调质护理联合穴位按摩对高血压患者中医证候和负性情绪的影响。方法将我院收治高血压患者86例随机分为2组,各43例,2组均给予常规治疗及护理,观察组在此基础上加用中医辨体调质护理联合穴位按摩进行干预。比较2组护理前后中医证候变化情况,并通过调查问卷的形式评估患者负性情绪。结果护理结束后,观察组中医证候积分下降较对照组更为明显(P<0.05);对照组负性情绪更为明显,观察组多性情平和;观察组总有效率(90.70%)高于对照组(72.09%)(P<0.05)。结论中医辨体调质护理联合穴位按摩可提高患者机体自身调节功能,减轻患者的负性情绪,对高血压患者有积极的护理意义。
Objective To explore the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing combined acupoint massage on TCM syndrome and negative emotion in hypertensive patients.Methods 86 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into the observation group（n = 43）and the control group（n = 43）,two groups were both given regular treatment and nursing care.The nursing care by differentiating and regulating body constitutions based on TCM theory combine with acupoint massage was implemented in the observation group.The scores of TCM syndrome of the patients were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.The negative emotions were assessed by questionnaires.Results After the nursing care,The decline of TCM syndrome scores in the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;The negative emotions were more obvious in the control group.Patients in the observation group were more calm;The total effective rate（90.70%）in the observation group was higher than the control group（72.09%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing care by differentiating and regulating body constitutions combine with acupoint massage can improve the organism regulating function,reduce the patients＇ negative emotion.It has positive nursing significance for patients with hypertension.
