摘要
目的观察于氏项针治疗脑出血后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法采用多中心随机对照的研究方法,将符合纳入标准的70例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。治疗组在内科基础治疗上采用于氏项针、头针及偏瘫侧体针;对照组不采用于氏项针,其余治疗方法同治疗组。6 d为1疗程,共治疗2个疗程。结果治疗后,洼田饮水试验疗效评定,治疗组总有效率91.4%,优于对照组的74.3%(P<0.05);吞咽障碍评定量表疗效评定,治疗组总有效率94.3%,优于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)。结论于氏项针治疗脑出血后吞咽障碍具有较好的临床效果,能够很好地改善患者吞咽功能。
Objective To observe the curative effective of dysphagia after cerebral hemorrhage treated with Master YU＇s nape acupuncture.Methods A multi-center controlled randomized clinical trial was used and 70 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,35 cases per group.Treatment group were given regular acupuncture,Master YU＇s nape acupuncture plus scalp and body acupuncture.Control group did not give nape acupuncture.6 d as a course of treatment and total two courses.Results After treatment,degrees of Watian drinking water test was evaluated,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.4,which was better than that of the control group（74.3%,P〈0.05）.Curative effect of dysphagia rating scale was evaluated,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.3%,which was better than that of the control group（80.0%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Master YU＇s nape acupuncture has good clinical effect on treating dysphagia after cerebral hemorrhage,it can improve patients＇ function of swallowing.
