摘要
张从正为金元四大家之一,宗《内经》《难经》之学,私淑刘完素之说,对攻邪三法有独到的见解,并将针刺放血归于汗法,在理论和临床均有所发挥。其针灸学术特点主要反映于《儒门事亲》一书中,主要有重视经络理论,详辨气血多少;刺络放血,祛邪安正;注重单纯针刺;强调针药结合;慎用灸法;擅用外治法等6个方面。
ZHANG Congzheng is one of four people of Jin and Yuan Dynasties,summaries knowledge of Huangdi Ninjing and Nanjing,learns the words of LIU Wansu,has unique insights on three pathogenic attack method and attributes acupuncture bloodletting to sweat,have a play in theory and practice.The academic characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion mainly reflect in the book of Rumen Shiqin,this paper mainly from attaching importance of meridian theory,detailing differentiation of qi and blood quantity,thorning collaterals bloodletting,eliminating pathogenic trued,paying attention to the simple acupuncture,emphasizing combination of acupuncture and medicine,making moxibustion with caution,using external treatment of six aspects to carry on the discussion to the Zhang＇s academic characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion.
