摘要
目的分析品管圈活动应用于消毒供应室手术器械的科学管理方法。方法平顶山市平煤神马医疗集团总医院成立品管圈活动小组,对比活动开展前后手术器械包缺陷率、消毒、清洗质量合格合格率。结果活动开展前缺陷的手术包共44个(0.88%),开展之后减少到13个(0.26%),缺陷发生率明显降低,对比具有统计学意义(X^2=23.62,P<0.05)。开展前器械消毒合格率、清洗质量为99.10%,和98.26%,开展后均为100%,效果显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过开展品管圈活动,可以有效地防止器械包装缺陷,可以提高器械的消毒和清洗质量的合格率。
Objective To explore the scientific management methods of quality control circle activities applied to surgical instruments in sterile supply room.Methods Our institute set up quality control circle activities group,compared with the activities before and after the implementation of surgical equipment package defect rate,disinfection and cleaning quality qualified rate.Results Before operation,44 cases (0.88%) of the defects were carried out,and after being reduced to 13 (0.26%),the incidence of defects was obviously decreased,and the correlation was statistically significant(X^2=23.62p〈0.05).The qualified rate of sterilized instruments and the quality of cleaning were 99.10%,100% and 98.26%,respectively.The effect was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Through the quality control circle activities,can effectively prevent equipment packaging defects,can improve the quality of disinfection and cleaning equipment quality rate.
