摘要
目的:评估磁共振平衡全稳态快速场梯度回波(B-FFE)序列引导行肝癌射频消融手术的应用价值。方法:48例患者52个肝癌病灶,磁共振引导下行肝癌射频消融手术。Achieva 1.5T超导MR扫描机,专用4通道相控腹部线圈,Olympus Celon双极/多极射频消融治疗仪。穿刺定位采用B—FFE快速序列进行信号的采集,疗效评估时采用B-FFE快速序列、T2和DWI序列扫描。结果:52个病灶全部一次定位成功,治疗过程中B-FFE序列能从不同角度快速得到病灶与射频治疗针之间的位置关系。射频治疗结束后,B-FFE序列、T2序列、DWI序列都能清楚观察到病灶周围的"圆环征"。图像扫描一次,B-FFE序列、T2序列、DWI序列所需时间分别为(11.10±0.85)秒,(85.21±5.82)秒和(58.88±2.03)秒(F=5 697.22,P=0.00)。结论:磁共振B-FFE快速序列信号采集时间短、成像清晰,可以用来MRI引导肝脏肿瘤射频消融术。
Objective:To evaluate the value of a magnetic resonance imaging sequence,steady-state balance fast field echo(B-FFE),for radiofrequency ablation in liver cancers.Methods:Forty eight patients including 52 lesions in the liver were collected.Rradiofrequency ablations were performed using Achieva 1.5 T superconducting MR scanner with a unique 4 channels phased abdominal coil and Olympus/Celon bipolar.B-FFE rapid sequence was used for the guidance of radiofrequency ablation.Curative effect was evaluated with MRI using B-FFE,T2 WI and DWI.Results:Fifty two liver cancers were all successfully localized.Radiofrequency needle punctured in the tumor were finely observed with B-FFE sequence.The scanning time of B-FFE sequence,T2 WI sequence,and DWI sequence were(11.10 ± 0.85),(85.21 ± 5.82),(58.88 ± 2.03)seconds respectively(F = 5 697.22,P =0.00).Conclusion:MRI B-FFE prompt sequence is the preferred sequence for MRI guided radiofrequency ablation in liver cancers.
