摘要
[目的]观察当归四逆汤联合咪唑斯汀治疗血虚寒凝慢性荨麻疹疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例住院患者按病志号抽签方法随机分为两组。对照组45例咪唑斯汀10mg/次,1次/d,口服。治疗组45例当归四逆汤(当归、桂枝各20g,白芍15g,细辛、通草各8g,白术、茯苓各6g,大枣4枚),水煎400mL,1剂/d,2次/d;咪唑斯汀治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、皮损计分、不良反应。治疗1疗程(4周),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈24例,显效11例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率95.56%;对照组痊愈13例,显效10例,有效12例,无效10例,总有效率77.78%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率两组无显著差异(P>0.05)。[结论]当归四逆汤联合咪唑斯汀治疗血虚寒凝慢性荨麻疹,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To study the effects of Dangguisini Decoction combined with mizolastine to treat the chronic urticaria with blood deficiency and congealing cold. [Methods] 90 hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups accorded to the admission number. The control group had 45 patients with mizolastine, 10 mg/times, 1 time/day, oral. 45 cases in treatment group were treated with Danggui Sini decoction（Danggui, Guizhi 20g, Baishao 15g, Xixin,Tongcao each 8g, Baizhu, Fuling each 6g, Dazao 4g）, decoction 400mL, 1 doses/day, 200 ml/times,2 times/day. The mizolastine was the same as the control group, treated for 4 weeks continuous and as the 1 course. The clinical symptoms, skin lesions score and adverse reactions were observed. After 1 courses of treatment （4 weeks）, the curative effect was determined. [Results] 24 cases were cured, 11 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 95.56% in the treatment group. 13 cases were cured, 10 cases were markedly effective, 12 cases were effective, 10 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 77.78% in the control group. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）. [Conclusion] The Dangguisini Decoction combined with mizolastine to treat the chronic urticaria with blood deficiency and congealing cold, which has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, it is worthy of promotion.
