摘要
为了检测飞机安全飞行的重要部件航空灭火器球罐的内外表面缺陷,通过对检测方法的选择,检测设备器材及磁化规范的确定,制定航空灭火器球罐合适的检测工艺。结果表明:线圈法荧光磁粉检测方法能有效检出工件内外表面及焊缝上的缺陷,具有较高的灵敏度和检出率,检测结果可靠。
In order to detect the safety of aircraft flying an important part of aviation fire extinguishers spherical tank defects on the internal and external surface. Through the selection of test methods, testing equipment and equipment to determine the magnetization specification, the development of aviation fire extinguishers spherical tank suitable detection process. The results show that this method can effectively detect the defects on the inner and outer surfaces of the workpiece and in the welding, and it is high sensitivity and detection rate, and the test results are more reliable.
