钢筋连接套筒温挤压成型工艺分析研究

摘要 采用温挤压成型工艺实现钢筋连接套筒的批量生产,对温挤压工艺及其成形规律进行分析。推导计算了温挤压成型工艺过程所需的挤压变形程度、墩粗力、冲孔力和挤压力。分析加热温度为550~900℃时,温挤压成型挤压力变化、硬度和零件表面质量等。结果表明,钢筋连接套筒的最佳挤压温度为550~640℃,即在此条件下得到工件的表面氧化程度和硬度最好,能够满足标准工件要求,验证了连接套筒温挤压制造的可行性。 The warm extrusion forming technology was used to producing connecting sleeve, which achieve mass production manufacturing, and the warm extrusion forming process and the forming rules were analyzed. The extrusion deformation degree, pier rough force, punching force and extrusion force value were calculated and deduced. When the heating temperature range was 550-900 ℃ the extrusion pressure changes, hardness and surface quality of the steel sleeve formed by temperature extrusion were analyzed. The results show that the optimum extrusion temperature of connecting sleeve is 550-640 ℃, the work piece surface oxidation degree and hardness of the best under these conditions, it could meet the standard requirements of the work piece, and it verify the feasibility of the connecting sleeve of warm extrusion manufacturing.
