According to the Chinese patent laws,"an application for a patent for invention or utility model shall be limited to one invention or utility model" ＇,and "an invention or utility model shall have only one independent claim" 2 At the same time,an inventor may file multiple inventions in re-spect of a single inventive concept,such as in the manners of "a processing apparatus and a processing method there-of" and "a product and a processing method thereof".
