低频脉冲电治疗脑性瘫痪的效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨低频脉冲电治疗配合康复训练对脑性瘫痪患儿运动功能、肌张力及语言功能恢复的影响。方法选取2014年1月—2017年1月收治的脑性瘫痪患儿80例为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。两组均给予康复训练治疗,观察组在此基础上配合低频脉冲电治疗,比较两组运动功能、肌张力及语言功能恢复情况。计量资料比较采用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果治疗后,观察组GMFM-88总百分比高于治疗前且高于对照组(均P<0.05),观察组肌张力评分低于治疗前,且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);观察组语言接受能力、语言表达能力评分高于治疗前,且高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论低频脉冲电配合康复训练治疗脑性瘫痪患儿,有助于促进患儿运动功能及语言功能的恢复,改善肌张力。 Objective To investigate the effects of low-frequency pulsed electrical rehabilitation training on motor function,muscle tone and language function recovery in children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 80 children with cerebral palsy collected from January 2014 to January 2017 were divided into observation group and control group according to a random method,40 cases in each group.The control group received rehabilitation training therapy,and the observation group received low-frequency pulse with rehabilitation training,Motor function,muscle tone and language function recovery were compared in the two groups.The measurement data were compared by t test,P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results After treatment,the total percentage of GMFM-88 in the observation group was higher than that before treatment and higher than the control group.The muscular tension scores of the observation group post treatment was lower than prior treatment and lower than that of the control group(all P〈0.01).The scores of ability to accept the language and express themselves in the observation group were higher than pretherapy and in the control group.Conclusions The low frequency pulse current and the rehabilitation training for children with cerebral palsy can help to promote the movement function and language function of the children,as well as improve the muscle tension.
