摘要
养护作业事关公路的使用寿命和正常通行的安全性,是公路日常维护的重要组成部分。随着公路在我国地区交通连接的作用越来越重要,对于公路的日常养护都提出了更高标准的要求。在进行公路养护作业时,通过投入合适的设备可以大幅提高工作人员的工作效率并提高最终养护作业的质量。因此合理的养护机械设备设计对公路养护是非常必要的。本文主要针对公路养护机械设备设计重要性、设计中存在的问题、设计策略等方面展开分析,希望本文能够为今后公路养护机械设备的设计提供一些参考,有助于更好地为养护事业服务。
The maintenance work is related to the service life of the highway and the safety of normal traffic.It is an important part of routine maintenance of highways.With the increasingly important role of highways in Chinas regional transportation connections,higher standards have been put forward for the daily maintenance of highways.When carrying out road maintenance operations,by putting in the right equipment,the work efficiency of the staff can be greatly improved and the quality of the final maintenance operation can be improved.Therefore,reasonable maintenance of mechanical equipment design is very necessary for road maintenance.This article mainly analyzes the importance of design of highway maintenance machinery and equipment,existing problems in design,and design strategies.It is hoped that this paper can provide some references for the design of highway maintenance machinery and equipment in the future,which will help to better serve the maintenance business.
