摘要
欧盟是中国的第三大贸易伙伴 ,中—欧经济关系在中国对外经济关系和中—欧关系中占有重要位置。近几年 ,中—欧经济关系呈现出一些新的特点。双边贸易增长速度加快 ,欧盟企业对华大规模增加投资 ,中国在技术贸易方面倚重于欧盟 ,中—欧双方加强了全面的官方合作。鉴于中国加入WTO并保持经济高增长 ,欧盟经济运行平稳和扩大中国市场的需要以及中—欧官方关系的加强和趋好 ,中—欧经济关系进一步发展和深化的前景是良好的。中国还应对欧盟东扩、欧元汇率偏低和欧盟的反倾销政策保持足够的警惕以便采取应对措施。
European Union (EU) is the third largest trade partner of China,China_EU economic relatioins have an important position in Chinas external economic relations and China_EU relations.In recent years,there are some new features in bilateral economic relations,including accelerated pace of trade,the largest technology transfer partner,EUs large_scale direct investment to China and comprehensive bilateral cooperation.The prospect for China_EU economic relations to develop and deepen is considerably optimistic,considering Chinas coming WTO position and high economic growth,EUs stable economic growth and needs for Chinas market,as well as the strengthening of China_EU official relations.But China has to pay to the challenges of EU enlargement,Euro undervaluation and EUs anti_dumping policy.
