摘要 电力通信网可靠性在电力通信网安全稳定运行中起着至关重要的作用,为了评估电力通信网可靠性,构建电力通信网可靠性评估体系,主要从网络拓扑,通信设备,运行环境,运维管理等指标评估电力通信网的可靠性,然后建立评估模型,采用层次分析法和熵权法结合的方法计算各指标的权重,最后采用多属性决策的方法,将各个指标结合起来,评价出电力通信网的可靠性。经过某省电网实际检验,仿真结果证明,该算法可以准确的评估电力通信网的可靠性,验证该方法的实用性和有效性。 The reliability of the electric power communication network plays an important role in the safe and stable operation of the network.In order to assess the reliability of the electric power communication network,the electric power communication network reliability evaluation system was constructed,and assessed mainly from the indicators like network topology,communication equipment,running environment,and operation and maintenance management.Then the evaluation model was established,this paper combines the method of analytic hierarchy process(ahp)with the entropy weight method to calculate the weight of each index.Finally,the method of multi-attribute decision making was adopted to combine the various indicators and then the reliability of the electric power communication network was evaluated,the simulation results showed that the algorithm can accurately evaluate the reliability of the electric power communication network and verify the practicability and effectiveness of the method.
