摘要
药物缓控释与掩味在近十年来一直备受关注,在缓控释与掩味方面的进步能够较大程度改善患者用药依从性。离子交换树脂(IER)由于其独特的物理化学特性,可作为药物缓控释与掩味系统的优良载体,近年来逐渐应用于药物传递系统(DDS)的研究和开发。本文通过国内外文献调研,对离子交换树脂的分类、药物缓控释与掩味机制以及在药物传递系统开发中的应用进行了归纳总结,以期拓展其应用范围,特别是在儿童用药中的应用。
Sustained controlled-release and taste-masking of drugs have been kept in focus for the last decade,in which progresses will greatly enhance patients drug-using compliance.Recently ion exchange resin(IER)has been gradually applied in the research and development of drug delivery systems(DDS)due to their good properties as suitable controlled release and tastemasking vehicles.Based on the research of the relative literatures here and abroad was studied.The classification,mechanism underlying sustained controlled-release,taste-masking,and the use in DDS of IER were summarized,attempting to extend their utilization especially in pediatric drugs.
