摘要
根据大贤煤矿3807综采工作面现场工作环境和断层岩性,设计了松动爆破过断层方案。初步考虑的爆破方案分掏槽爆破和无掏槽爆破。考虑到无掏槽爆破飞石多,易损坏综采设备,最终选用掏槽爆破方案,进行了5次现场爆破试验;依据爆破试验效果,优化了爆破参数,最终使得3807综采工作面顺利通过了断层。
According to the site working environment and fault lithology of No.3807 fully mechanized coal mining face in Daxian Mine,a fault passed through plan with the standing blasting was designed.The blasting plan was preliminarily considered to have a cut blasting and no cut blasting.The no cut blasting was considered to have many flying rock and would damage the fully mechanized mining equipment.Finally the cut blasting plan was selected and there were five site blasting trials conducted.Based on the blasting test effect,the blasting parameters were optimized.Thus No.3807 fully mechanized coal mining face was successfully passed through the fault.
