摘要
目的探讨氟化物与酪蛋白磷酸多肽-无定型磷酸钙(casein phosphopeptides-amorphous calcium phosphate,CPP-ACP)对放射线照射后乳牙牙釉质的影响。方法随机选取56颗健康但因滞留而拔除的乳前牙,其中40颗乳前牙随机分为4组,分别为单纯照射组(RT组)、氟化物组(RT-F组)、护牙素组(RT-C组)和对照组(N组)。4组样本分别在放射线照射前、放射线照射后以及pH循环后进行显微硬度测定。剩余16颗乳前牙也随机分为4组在放射线照射后和pH循环后进行扫描电镜观察。结果 RT组显微硬度在放射线照射后以及pH循环后与放射线照射前比较均有明显改变(P<0.001)。RT-F组和RT-C组在放射线照射后以及pH循环后显微硬度均无明显改变。扫描电镜观察结果显示:放射线照射后RT组样本表面产生深裂痕。pH循环后RT组样本表面正常结构坍塌。而RT-F组和RT-C组样本表面均无明显破坏。结论放射线照射可使乳牙牙釉质显微硬度增高、表面结构发生破坏,使釉质更易脱矿而发生龋坏。氟化物与CPP-ACP对进行放射线照射的牙釉质有保护作用,而CPP-ACP的安全性和便捷性更优于氟化物。
Objective To evaluate the effect of fluoride and Casein phosphopeptides-amorphous calcium phosphate(CPP-ACP)on the deciduous tooth enamel after irradiation. Methods 56 healthy deciduous anterior teeth are randomly selected, which are healthy but extracted due to their retention. From all of them, 40 deciduous anterior teeth are randomly selected and divided into 4 groups, namely simple irradiation group(RT group),fluoride group(RT-F group), Tooth Mousse group(RT-C group) and control group(N group). The micro hardness testing of above four groups are respectively conducted before the irradiation, after the irradiation and p H cycling. The rest sixteen deciduous anterior teeth are also divided into four groups. For the latter four groups, the TEM observation is also conducted after irradiation and p H cycling. Results As for the micro hardness of the whole RT group, there is significant difference between the data collected before irradiation and PH cycling, and the that collected after the treatment of irradiation and p H cycling(P〈0.001). However, there is no significant changes in the micro hardness in both RT-F group and RT-C group after the treatment of irradiation and p H cycling. The result of TEM observation indicates that the deep crack appears on the surface of samples in RT group after the treatment of radiation.The normal surface construction of samples in RT group become collapsed after the treatment of irradiation and p H cycling,while there is no significantly change in RT-F group and RT-C group. Conclusion Irradiation can increase the micro hardness of deciduous tooth enamel and damage the structure of deciduous tooth enamel, which can be further demineralized and more easily have carious cavity. Fluoride and CPP-ACP have protection effect on deciduous tooth enamel when they are exposed to irradiation. Further more, the safety and convenience of CPP-ACP is better than that of fluoride.
