宜昌市2016年城镇供水日监测情况分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的掌握城市集中式供水水质卫生现状,为政府部门有效开展城镇居民饮用水卫生监督服务提供科学依据。方法 2016年5月4日-11月30日按国家GB/T 5750-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法》对宜昌市城区8个市政供水厂,29个监测地点(出厂水9个,末梢水20个)每日水样进行检测,所有饮用水水质分析结果严格按照国家GB 5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》进行评价。结果 2016年城镇供水日监测水样3 924份,水质检测合格的水样有3 696份,合格率为94.19%(3 696/3 924);各水厂水质不合格指标主要为总大肠菌群(超标率为4.46%)、菌落总数(超标率为3.49%)和耐热大肠菌群(超标率为3.39%)。从每个月水质超标情况来看,超标率最高的月份为10月和7月,超标率分别为10.54%和9.72%。8个水厂之间,水质检测超标率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=715.416,P=0.000),宜昌市某水厂D总体超标率最高(33.72%),其次是宜昌市某水厂G(总体超标率为7.20%)。结论 2016年宜昌市城区生活饮用水水质总体指标表现良好,但因个别水厂疏于管理,消毒设备老化、消毒技术人员缺乏培训等原因,导致部分水质指标超标,主要体现在微生物指标上。宜昌市政府应加大投入,完善城镇居民饮用水安全工程体系建设,进一步改善宜昌市居民生活饮用水水质卫生。 Objective To investigate the sanitary status of centralized water supply in urban areas so as to provide a scientific basis for government departments to effectively conduct the supervision and management of drinking water for urban residents. Methods According to the National Standard Examination Methods for Drinking Water (GB/T 5750-2006), we detected daily water samples collected from 29 monitoring sites (including 9 tap water sites and 20 peripheral water ones) of 8 municipal water plants in Yichang City from May4th to November 30th in 2016. All drinking water quality analysis Results were strictly evaluated in accordance with the National Drinking Water Hygiene Standards (GB5749-2006). Results A total of 3,924 daily water samples collected from town water supply in 2016 were monitored, and 3,696 water samples were qualified, with the qualified rate being 94.19% (3,696/3,924). The unqualified indicators of water samples from each water plant were mainly total coliform group, colony count and thermotolerant coliform group (with the exceeding standard rates being 4.46%, 3.49% and 3.39% respectively). According to the situation of monthly unqualified water quality, the exceeding standard rates in October (10.54%) and July (9.72%) were the highest. There were statistically significant differences in the exceeding standard rate of water quality among the 8 water plants (χ^2=715.416, P=0.000). The total exceeding standard rate of water plant D in Yichang City was the highest (33.72%), followed by water plant G (7.20%). Conclusions The overall index of drinking water quality in Yichang City in 2016 was in good condition, but some water quality indicators, especially the microbial indicators, exceeded the standards because of the neglect of management in some water plants, the aging of disinfection apparatus and the lack of training of disinfection technicians. Yichang municipal government should increase the investment, improve the construction of drinking water safety engine
