摘要
目的:观察自拟中药方联合常规疗法治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:选择2015年7月至2016年11月我院收治的带状疱疹患者142例,根据Excel表格法随机分为两组:71例患者采用西药常规模式治疗(西药组,71例),71例患者在西药组的基础上,配合自拟中药方外洗治疗(观察组,71例),比较两组患者止疱、结痂以及脱痂时间,疼痛改善情况以及治疗疗效。结果:研究结果显示,和西药组相比,观察组患者的止疱、结痂以及脱痂时间明显缩短(P<0.05);两组治疗1个疗程、2个疗程后,VAS评分较治疗前呈下降趋势,而观察组的下降速度更快,治疗前后及组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率为95.77%,显著高于西药组的85.92%(P<0.05)。结论:自拟中药方治疗带状疱疹,有缓解痛疼,加速水疱收敛干涸皮损愈合,促进组织修复的功效。和常规疗法合用,二者相得益彰,能显著提高临床治疗效果。
objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of using Self-made Chinese Herb Medicine Recipe combined with routine therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods： 142 cases of patients with herpes zoster in our hospital from 2015 July to November 2016,according to the Excel spreadsheet method were randomly divided into two groups： 71 cases were treated by routine western medicine treatment mode（ western medicine group,71 cases）,71 patients on the basis of western medicine group,to cooperate with the Chinese medicine nowhere to wash treatment（ observing group,71 cases）,compared two groups of patients stop blister,scabby and scab off time,pain improvement and treatment efficacy. Results： The results of the study showed that compared with the western medicine group,the patients with the observed group had significantly shorter duration of blisters,scabs and scabs（ P0. 05）. The two groups after treatment of one period of treatment,two period of treatment,was a downward trend,the VAS score before and after treatment and the observation group fall faster,and the comparative differences between groups was statistically significant（ P0. 05）; The observation group was effective at 95. 77%,significantly higher than 85. 92%（ P0. 05） in the western medicine group. Conclusion： Using Self-made Chinese Herb Medicine Recipe in the treatment of herpes zoster,which can relieve pain,accelerate the healing of skin and promote the repair of tissue. Combined with conventional treatment,they complement each other and significantly improve clinical outcomes.
