摘要
目的分析我国医疗费用上涨的影响因素,为控制医疗费用过快增长提供建议。方法选择1996—2015年国家统计年鉴有关数据,运用相关性检验、多元逐步回归对相关因素进行分析。结果国内生产总值、人口老龄化程度、城镇化水平、收入水平、政府卫生支出、医疗保险普及程度、每千人口卫生技术人员、每千人口医疗机构床位数均与医疗费用之间存在线性关系(r=0.969、0.978、0.996、0.972、0.932、0.980、0.870、0.901,均P<0.05),城镇化水平和医疗保险普及程度是影响医疗总费用的主要因素。结论我国医疗卫生改革要注重医疗费用的不合理增长,创新医疗保险付费方式,合理分配医疗资源,加大政府对医疗卫生行业的监督。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of medical expenses and provides suggestions for the control of the rapid growth of medical expenses.Methods The data from the National Statistical Yearbook from 1996 to 2015 were selected, correlation test and multiple stepwise regression analysis were used to analyze the related factors.Results There was a linear relationship between gross domestic product, population aging, urbanization level, income level, government health expenditure, medical insurance coverage, health care technicians per thousand people, bed number per thousand people, and medical expenses（r=0.969,0.978,0.996,0.972,0.932,0.980,0.870,0.901,all P〈0.05）.The urbanization level and medical insurance coverage were the main factors affecting the total medical cost.Conclusions The Health care reform in China should pay attention to the unreasonable growth of medical expenses,innovate medical insurance payment method, rationally allocate medical resources, and increase the supervision of the government on the health care industry.
