摘要
目的研究和探讨奥卡西平联合托吡酯在癫痫患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2013年2月—2016年10月郑州市第九人民医院神经内科住院就诊的癫痫患者102例做为本次研究对象,分为观察组和对照组(各51例)。对照组采用奥卡西平对其进行治疗,观察组在此基础上联合托吡酯对其进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗后1、3、6个月的癫痫平均发作次数,且对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较,同时对两组患者治疗期间出现的不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果治疗后1个月,两组癫痫平均发作次数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3、6个月,观察组的癫痫平均发作次数为(2.72±1.62)、(1.15±0.67),明显优于对照组(3.69±1.47)、(2.53±0.71),组间比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的临床治疗总有效率分别为96.07%、76.47%,组间比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为15.68%,与对照组的29.41%相比较,组间比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对癫痫患者采用奥卡西平联合托吡酯对其进行治疗,临床效果较为显著,且降低患者的不良情况发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the application of the analysis and discussion of oxcarbazepine combined with topiramate in the treatment of patients with epilepsy. Methods From December 2015 to October 2016 to the Department of Cardiol- ogy in our hospital inpatient treatment of epilepsy patients, 102 patients were randomly selected as the research object, according to the digital expression method divided into observation group and control group （51 eases）. The control group treated with oxcarbazepine, on the basis of the observation group combined with topiramate for treatment. The two groups were compared after 1,3, 6 month the average number of episodes of epilepsy, and the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were compared at the same time, the adverse reactions of two groups of patients during treatment occurred were compared. Results After treatment, two groups of epilepsy in January, average number of episodes had no significant difference, no statistical significance （P 〉 O. 05 ） ; 3, 6 months after treatment, the observation group of the epilep- sy average number of episodes was （2. 72 ± 1.62） , （ 1.15±0. 67） , significantly better than the control group （3. 69 ± 1.47）, （2. 53±0. 71 ） groups significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; After treatment, the clinical treatment of two patients with the total effective rate were 96. 07%, 76. 47%, there are differences between groups than （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The incidence of adverse reactions was 15.68%, and 29.41% in the control group compared between the groups was significant differ- ence （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion For patients with epilepsy treated with oxcarbazepine combined with topiramate, more significant clinical effect, and reduce the incidence of adverse situation of the patients, it is worthy of clinical application.
