摘要 据用户反馈的两台485柴油机在正常使用半年后开始出现机油耗偏高的现象,在对柴油机机油耗偏高现状进行详细分析后,通过对增压器、活塞以及活塞环等关键零部件的优化设计,使柴油机的平均机油耗与燃油耗比由原来的0.80%下降到0.15%,优于行业标准0.25%的要求,有效地解决了机油耗偏高的问题,满足了用户要求。 According to market feedback,two 485 diesel engines of our company began to appear high oil consumption phenomenon after six months of normal use. In this article,after detailed analysis of the current situation of oil consumption in diesel engine was made,the optimization design of critical parts,such as respirator,supercharger,piston and piston ring,was taken to make the oil consumption of the diesel engine reduced from 0. 80% to 0. 15%. The problem of high oil consumption was solved and met customer requirements.
