Test of Efficiency of Water Curtain System and Prediction of Water Inflow in Rock Cavern with Underground Water Enclosed Storage

摘要 水幕系统是提高地下水封洞库水封效率的可靠手段。通过对水幕系统进行水力学有效性试验,可以测定水幕孔岩体的渗透系数,评价洞室与水幕系统之间岩体、水幕孔之间岩体的水压力传递效果和水幕孔的补水效率;同时,作为对洞室实际工况的一种简单模拟,其试验结果可作为主洞室渗水量预测和控制的依据。由于目前在试验的理论基础和数据评价方法上尚存在诸多认识上的不足以及缺乏必要的工程实践经验,依据试验结果所作的评价和预测与实际差异较大。以湛江某地下水封洞库工程为背景,介绍了水幕有效性试验的内容和基本成果,讨论了试验与洞室渗水量之间的关系和渗水量预测相关问题,同时分析了试验结果的评价方法以及渗水预测与实际情况不一致的原因,提出了基于初始压力考虑水幕补孔的设计原则和考虑裂隙节理发育随深度折减因素的等效渗透系数确定方法。 Water curtain system is a reliable approach to improve the efficiency of underground water enclosed storage in rock caverns. With hydraulic effectiveness test for water curtain system, the permeability coefficient of water curtain hole mass rock can be measured, and water pressure transfer effect between rock masses of main caverns and water curtain system as well as recharging efficiency of water curtain hole can evaluated. Meanwhile, as a simple simulation for realistic service condition of caverns, the test results may be used as a basis of prediction and control of water inflow in main caverns. Due to the shortage in knowing the theory basis and data evaluation method for the test and there is lack of necessary engineering practical experiences at present, there exists quite large deviations between the results of evaluation and estimation based on test and the reality in engineering practice. In this paper, practical engineering of underground water enclosed storage in rock caverns in Zhanjiang was taken as the background, the content and basic results of effectiveness test for water curtain system was introduced, and the relationship between test and cavern water inflow as well as relative problems involved in water inflow estimation were discussed. Meanwhile, the evaluating method of test and the cause of inconsistency between estimation and practice were analyzed. Then design principle for adding water curtain holes based on initial static pressure and determination method of equivalent hydraulic conductivity considering fractured joint development with deep reduction factor were presented.
