摘要
针对机器人喷涂应用较广,而实用的静电喷涂漆膜厚度分布数学模型较少的情况,进行了静电喷涂静态、动态喷漆试验,得到椭圆形漆膜分布中心轴截面及其平行截面上漆膜厚度分布数据。基于最小二乘法采用四次多项式对平行截面上涂层厚度进行拟合,结果表明相互平行截面上的漆膜厚度分布曲线存在相似性且拟合曲线高次项系数为零,进而提出一种静电喷涂漆膜厚度分布新模型-椭圆抛物面分布模型,对该模型采用指数形式进行修正。基于修正后的静态喷涂漆膜分布模型进行了动态喷涂数值计算,并与动态喷涂试验数据进行对比,结果表明修正后椭圆抛物面分布模型与实验结果有较好的一致性。
In view of the with wide application of spray painting robot with less practical electrostatic spray painting deposition model,we carried out static and dynamic spray painting experiments,and then measured the data of film thickness in the section across the center axis of oval painting film and the parallel sections.Based on the least square method,a curvilinear equation of quartic polynomial was used to fit the data,and it was found that high order coefficients of the polynomial were zero and the fitted curves of data on these parallel sections were similar.According to the results,a new painting film deposition distribution named as elliptic parabolic distribution model was proposed,and the model was modified in exponential form.Based on the modified model,numerical calculations of dynamic spray painting were implemented and compared with the spray painting experimental data.The results show that the modified elliptical parabolic distribution model is consistent with the experimental data.
