摘要
生态保护红线是国家和区域生态安全的底线,严守生态红线必须实施有效、及时的监管。生态保护红线区域监管具有较强的空间性和广布式管理的特点。为实现生态保护红线区域管控的网络化与智能化,从生态保护红线区域日常管理需求出发,构建基于WebGIS技术的具有多层架构体系的生态红线综合管理系统。系统实现了生态红线区域综合查询、区域污染源分析、生态环境质量综合分析、区域空间管控等功能,为生态红线区域多部门动态监管提供了技术支撑。
The ecological protection red line is the bottom line of national and regional ecological security, and to strictly observe the ecological red line must implement effective and timely supervision. The supervision of ecological protection red line has the characteristics of the space and widespread management, n order to achieve the networked and intelligent management and control of the ecological protection red line, a WebGIS-based Multi-tier architecture system is built from the daily management needs of ecological protection red line. The system realizes the functions of comprehensive query of ecological red line, analysis of regional pollution sources, comprehensive analysis of ecological environment quality and regional space control, and provides technical support for the dynamic regulation of multiple departments in the ecological red line area.
