摘要
半纤维素是指不同类型的植物中含量有明显不同的由不同糖基团构成的多糖。本文采用半纤维素制备半纤维素基智能水凝胶。通过自由基共聚的方式,来接枝制备半纤维素丙烯酸水凝胶。按照MBA(N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺)、AA(丙烯酸)与XH(半纤维素)的不同配比制得水凝胶。并测定水凝胶在不同pH值及有机溶液中的溶胀率,通过实验结果得出了水凝胶在pH值为2.0的酸性条件下达到了一个良好的溶胀效果。并且对所制备的水凝胶考察其对废水中铜、镍离子的吸附性能,实验结果表明水凝胶可以吸附一定量的铜离子和镍离子,有一定的脱除重金属离子作用。但是随着时间的延长,溶液中铜、镍离子浓度又会增加,表明当金属离子在水凝胶表面达到吸附平衡后又会进行脱附,致浸泡水凝胶的溶液中的铜离子和镍离子浓度降低。
Hemicellulose refers to polysaccharides consisting of different sugar groups that are significantly different in different types of plants. In this paper, hemicellulose hydrogel was prepared by hemicellulose. Hemicellulose acrylic hydrogel is prepared by means of free radical copolymerization. Hydrogels were prepared according to the different proportions of the MBA (N, N-methylene acrylamide), AA (acrylic acid) and XH (hemicellulosel. Swelling rate was measured under the different pH and organic solution. The results showed that in the acidic conditions of the pH value of 2.0 the hydrogel has been given a good swelling effect. The adsorption properties of copper and nickel ions in wastewater were investigated. The experimental results showed that the hydrogels can absorb a certain amount of copper and nickel ions, and have certain removal of heavy metal ions. However, with the extension of time, the concentration of copper and nickel in the solution will increase, indicating that when the ions reach the adsorption equilibrium on the surface of the hydrogel, they will be removed. But with the addition of heavy metal ions, the concentration of copper and nickel in the solution increases, indicating that when the ion reaches the adsorption equilibrium on the surface of the hydrogel, it will be desorbed. The concentration of copper and nickel ions in the solution of soaking water gel decreased.
