摘要
矢量调制器作为一种对射频信号幅度与相位进行连续调制的电路,在微波通信中有很广阔的前景与应用空间。针对传统矢量调制器调制不对称的缺点,本文所提出的平衡式矢量调制器能够有效的弥补普通调制器的这种缺点。本文详细分析了Lange耦合器和平衡式超宽带矢量调制器的原理与设计方法。仿真结果表明本文设计的平衡式超宽带矢量调制器在25~32GHz的工作频带内能够进行信号相位与幅度的连续调制,表现出良好的性能。
In microwave communication, the vector modulator has a very bright future with the application space which can modulates the Radio Frequency signal by amplitude and phase continuously. For the modulated asymmetry disadvantage of the traditional vector modulator, this paper proposes a balanced ultra-wideband vector modulator which can makes up this disadvantage of the traditional vector modulator. And this paper analyzes the Lange coupler and balanced uhra-wideband vector modulator principle and design methods. The simulation result shows a good performance which the phase and amplitude of the input signal can be continuously modulated from 25GHz to 32GHz.
