摘要
一国产业竞争力不仅取决于产业自生能力的提高,还受到产业间深度融合的影响。而高技术服务业与制造业互动发展对于产业结构的优化升级和产业竞争力的提升具有重要影响。分别利用投入产出表和联立方程模型分析高技术服务业与制造业静态和动态产业关联,实证研究表明:从静态层面分析得出信息传输、计算机服务和软件业对制造业的拉动作用高于制造业对它的推动作用,而科学研究、技术服务和地质勘探业与之相反;从动态层面分析得出高技术服务业与制造业相互之间具有显著提升作用,而制造业对科学研究、技术服务和地质勘探业推动作用高于科学研究、技术服务和地质勘探业对其的拉动作用,而信息传输、计算机服务和软件业与之相反。研究发现,静态和动态层面分析一致,基于以上结论,从不同角度对高技术服务业与制造业的互动发展提出相应的对策建议。
The competitiveness of a country＇s industry depends not only on the improvement of industrial viability, but also the deep integration of industry. The interaction between high-tech service industry and manufacturing industry has an important influence on the optimization of industrial structure and the upgrading of industrial competitiveness. In this paper, the input-output table statically analyzes the relationship between high-tech service industry and manufacturing industry, and the simultaneous equations are used to dynamically analyze the relationship between high-tech service industry and manufacturing industry. From the static level, the information transmission, software and information technology services driven the role are higher than the manufacturing industry to promote its role, and scientific research and technical services to the contrary. From the dynamic level analysis, it is conclu- ded that high-tech service industry and manufacturing industry have a significant promotion effect on each other, while manufacturing industry plays a more important role in promoting scientific research, technical services and geological exploration than scientific research, technical services and geological exploration. Based on the analysis results, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to the interactive development of high-tech service industry and manufacturing industry from the different angles.
