摘要
目的探讨在招飞体检中使用光学相干断层成像(optical coherence tomography,OCT)筛查可疑性青光眼的必要性及可行性。方法将体检中发现的可疑开角型青光眼(suspected of open angle glaucoma,SOAG)作为可疑组,确诊的早期原发性开角型青光眼(Primary open angle glaucoma,POAG)作为淘汰组,并选取健康眼作为对照组分别进行视盘及视网膜神经纤维层厚度(Retinal nerve fiber layer,RNFL)的OCT扫描,将结果进行对照分析。结果可疑组和淘汰组的RNFL厚度明显变薄,在上方,下方,鼻侧,颞侧,均值厚度均小于正常组。结论 OCT能在早于视野检测出RNFL的变薄,在招飞体检中联合视野检查使用切实可行。
Objective To investigate the necessify and feasibility in diagnonsis effect of optical coherence tomography(OCT) in the suspected of open angle glaucoma(SOAG) in physical examination of cadet candidates. Methods SOAG will be found in the physical examination as a suspicious group,primary open-angle glaucoma(POAG) as eliminatory group,and healthy eyes as control group,Visua I disks and retina I nerve fibers layer thickness(RNFL) were inspected by OCT scanners. Results The thickness of RNFL in the suspicious and eliminated group was significantly thinner,and the thickness in the upper,lower,nasal,temporal sides and mean value were smaller than that in the normal group. Conclusions OCT can detect the loss of RNFL earlier than the change in field of vision defects. It has using feasible in the physical examination of cadet candidates when combined of visua I field.
