摘要
通过对旅顺杯 2 0km竞走比赛的现场观察及裁判判罚材料的收集整理。制作运动员犯规时间曲线图 ,分析找出其规律和产生的原因及解决犯规的办法。认为 :男女运动员犯规的高峰期在比赛前 5 0min,应加强心理训练以避免在比赛出发时、开始阶段及超人时、抢占有利位置等导致腾空犯规的出现 ;运动员应根据个人的实际水平确定合理的步长步频 ;加强专项耐久力训练等。
The 20-mile speed walking of the Lushun Cup Competition was observed on the spot and the judges' materials of the penalization were collected and arranged to make the curve figure of the walkers' foul time and to find the laws, the reasons of their fouls as well as the ways to solve the problem. It was considered that the foul peak of either the male or the female walkers was within the first 50 minutes. Therefore, psychological training should be strengthened to prevent from the occurrence of fouls in air at the start, at the beginning of the race, when passing over another walker and when taking the advantageous positions. The walkers should decide the rational stride length and frequency, based on their own athletic performance and strengthen their specific endurance training.
