摘要
设计了一种能够通过上位机远程监控负载弱电流的系统装置,下位机以STM32为主控,采用闭环结构,当负载不变时,根据电流的设定值与实时值的比较结果,输出具有一定占空比的PWM控制信号,系统达到实时值等于设定值的稳定状态,若负载有变动,系统自动调节控制信号,重新达到稳定状态。通过RS-485标准通信,支持MODBUS-RTU协议,完整地实现了远程控制功能。
A system device that can monitor the load weak current remotely by upper computer was developed in this paper. In the lower computer,STM32 was taken as the master control,and the closed-loop structure was adopted. When the load is constant,the PWM control signal possessing certain duty cycle would be output according to the comparison result between the set value and the real-time value of the current,and the system would achieve the stable state that the real-time value is equal to the set value. If the load changes,the system would automatically regulate the control signal,and achieve a stable state. The remote control function was completely achieved by supporting MODBUS-RTU agreement through RS-485 communication.
