摘要
以中华书局1990年出版的《满文老档》为主要参考文献,考证清入关前满族宫廷体育活动的整体面貌并总结其发展的主要特征。研究表明:骑射、围猎、冰嬉、百戏及乐舞为清入关前满族宫廷体育的主要内容,这些体育活动表现出地域性与民族性、军事化、包容性与多元性的主要特征。
Taking The Old File of Manchu published by Zhonghua Book Company in 1990 as main reference, the overall appearance and main developing features of palace sport activities of Manchu before entering Shanhaiguan were textual researched and concluded respectively. The research showed that： shooting, hunting, ice playing, acrobatics and dancing were main contents of Manchu palace sports at that time, with main features of regionalism and nationality, militarization, as well as inclusiveness and pluralism.
