摘要
采用理论计算的方法,对三螺杆挤出机各区域的剪切、拉伸作用的大小与作用范围进行了计算,并分析了螺杆容积率对各区域流场作用的影响。结果表明:不同区域均存在剪切作用,而拉伸作用仅存在于螺槽区的法向方向与中心区的轴向方向。三螺杆挤出机高剪切区(啮合区与顶隙区)的剪切速率远大于低剪切区(螺槽区与中心区)的剪切速率,但其作用范围很窄,不及后者的1/10。螺槽区的拉伸速率比中心区的要小,而且均小于各区域的剪切作用。螺槽区与中心区的剪切速率均随容积率的增大而减小;而这些区域的拉伸速率则随容积率的增大而增大。
Theoretical method was used to calculate the shear rate, extensional rate and their influencing range of triple screw extruder (TTSE). Meanwhile, the effect of ratio of outer diameter to root diameter on flow effects of different zones was investigated. The results showed that shear effect occurred in every zone of TTSE, while extensional effect only appeared in the normal direction of screw channel zone and the axial direction of central zone of TTSE. The shear rate in high shear zone (intermeshing zone and clearance zone) was much higher than that of low shear zone (screw channel zone and central zone). However, the formal influencing range was less than 10% of the latter one. The extensional rate of screw channel zone was smaller than that of central zone. But both were smaller than shear rate of any zone. The shear rate in screw channel zone and central zone decreased with the increasing of the ratio of outer diameter to root diameter. And the extensional rate of these zones increased with the ratio of outer diameter to root diameter.
