摘要
运用数理统计方法,对141尾处于放流期的大麻哈鱼Oncorhynchus keta进行形态性状分析,通过测量其体质量、叉长、全长、头长、眼径、尾柄长、尾柄高、体宽和体高等9个性状,分析各形态性状之间的相关性。结果显示:各形态性状与体质量之间的相关系数均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);叉长对体质量的直接影响(0.614)最大,对体质量的决定程度最高,是影响体质量最主要的因素;体高、体宽对体质量的直接影响(0.219,0.205)相对较小,主要通过叉长的间接作用(0.643,0.557)影响体质量。所选形态性状对体质量的复相关指数R2=0.908,说明所选性状是影响体质量的主要性状。利用多元逐步回归分析方法建立以叉长、体高和体宽为自变量,体质量为依变量的多元回归方程为:Y=-2.819+0.047FL+0.085BD+0.148BW,式中:Y为体质量,FL、BD、BW分别为叉长、体高和体宽。
In this study, we use the mathematical statistics method analysis the relationship between morphometric characters and body mass of Oncorhynchus keta. Data for this study were collected from 141 Oncorhynchus keta individuals. Morphometric attributes that we measured included body mass, fork length, total length, head length, eye diameter, body depth, body width, caudal peduncle length, along with caudal peduncle depth. The results showed that all the correlation coefficient between each independent variable and depen- dent variable (body mass) were significantly different (P〈0.01). The fork length is the key effective factor, and has a predominant direct effect (0.614) and determinacy on the body mass, whereas body depth and body width exhibited a slight direct effect (0.219, 0.205 ) and significant indirect effect (0.643, 0.557) on the body mass via fork length. The high value of multiple correlation index R2 at 0.908 between morphometric attributes and body mass suggests that the selected attributes are practical. The multiple regression equation relating the body weight was established as Y=-2.819+0.047FL +0.085BD+0.148BW, in which Y is body mass, FL, BD, BW is the fork length, body depth, and body width respectively.
