摘要
取代吲哚-2-酮多用于现代医药化工业中,可以作为多种药物重要中间体。总结了文献报道的取代吲哚-2-酮的工艺路线和合成方法,总计12条路线。
Substituted indol-2-one is used in modern medical and chemical engineering as intermediates for preparation of many kinds of medicine. The process routes and synthetic methods for substituted indolin-2-one was summarized and 12 process routes were reviewed.
