摘要
目的观察哮喘患儿的红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)和免疫球蛋白水平并分析其临床意义。方法选取2016年2月-2017年5月在我院接受治疗的哮喘患儿为观察组,选取同期在我院检查的健康儿童为对照组。观察两组患儿RDW、PDW、免疫球蛋白和细胞因子水平的差异,分析哮喘患儿RDW、PDW、免疫球蛋白水平与细胞因子水平的相关性。结果哮喘组患儿的RDW、PDW水平高于对照组(t=-4.256、-13.722,P<0.001);哮喘患儿的CD3+、CD4+、CD8+水平均低于对照组(t=-8.745、-6.879、-11.501,P<0.001);哮喘患儿的IgG、IgM水平低于对照组(t=-7.879、-4.465,P<0.001),IgE水平高于对照组(t=59.109,P<0.001);哮喘患儿的IL-4、IL-5水平高于对照组(t=25.769、10.374,P<0.001),IFN-γ水平低于对照组(t=-12.233,P<0.001);哮喘患儿的RDW、PDW、IgE水平与细胞因子水平呈正相关,IgG、IgM水平与细胞因子水平呈负相关。结论哮喘患儿的RDW、PDW、IgE水平较高,IgG、IgM水平较低,且与细胞因子密切相关。
Objective To observe the levels of RDW,PDW and immunoglobulin in children with asthma,and to analyze its clinical significance.Methods Children with asthma treated from February 2016 to May 2017 in our hospital as the observation object,at the same time were selected in our hospital to check the health of children as a control.The differences of RDW,PDW,immunoglobulin and cytokine levels between the two groups were observed,and the correlation between RDW,PDW,immunoglobulin levels and cytokines levels in children with asthma was analyzed.ResultsThe levels of RDW and PDW in asthma group were higher than those in control group(t=-4.256,-13.722,P〈0.001);the levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+in children with asthma were lower than those in control group(t=-8.745,-6.879,-11.501,P〈0.001);The levels of IgG and IgM in children with asthma were lower than those in the control group(t=-7.879,-4.465,P〈0.001),and the level of IgE was higher than that in the control group(t=59.109,P〈0.001);The levels of IL-4 and IL-5 in children with asthma were higher than those in the control group(t=25.769,10.374,P〈0.001),and the level of IFN-gamma was lower than that of the control group(t=-12.233,P〈0.001);The levels of RDW,PDW and IgE in children with asthma were positively correlated with the levels of cytokines,and the levels of IgG and IgM were negatively correlated with cytokines levels.Conclusion The levels of RDW,PDW and IgE in children with asthma are higher,and the levels of IgG and IgM are lower,which are closely related to cytokines.
