RBP4、TGF-β1、TGF-β2与妊娠期糖尿病发病的相关性分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察妊娠期糖尿病患者的RBP4、TGF-β1、TGF-β2水平变化并分析其临床意义。方法选取2016年3月-2017年5月在我院接受治疗的妊娠期糖尿病患者为观察组,选取同期在我院接受治疗的健康妊娠期孕妇为对照组,观察两组研究对象RBP4、TGF-β1、TGF-β2、Cys-C、血生化指标(GA、ADP和HCy)水平的差异,分析妊娠期糖尿病患者RBP4、TGF-β1、TGF-β2水平与Cys-C、血生化指标(GA、ADP和HCy)的相关性。结果观察组患者的RBP4、TGF-β1、TGF-β2水平均高于对照组(t=-36.488、-134.315、-143.413,P<0.001);Cys-C、FBG和HOMAIR水平均高于对照组(t=-12.060、-16.490、-25.168,P<0.001);GA和HCy水平高于对照组(t=-11.234、-19.107,P<0.001),ADP水平低于对照组(t=28.867,P<0.001);妊娠期糖尿病患者的RBP4、TGF-β1、TGF-β2水平与Cys-C、FBG、HOMA-IR、GA和HCy水平呈正相关,与ADP水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者的RBP4、TGF-β1、TGF-β2水平较高,且与患者的血糖和生化指标密切相关,可作为临床监测的重要指标。 Objective To observe the changes of RBP4,TGF-β1,TGF-β2 levels in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,and to analyze its clinical significance.Methods Selected gestational diabetes patients who received treatment in our hospital from March 2016 to May 2017 as the research object,and selected healthy pregnant women who received treatment in our hospital as control group.Observed the two groups of subjects RBP4,TGF-β1,TGF-β2,Cys-C,blood biochemical indexes(GA,ADP and HCy)differences,analysis of patients with diabetes during pregnancy RBP4,TGF-β1,TGF-β2,Cys-C TGF-level and blood biochemical indexes(GA,ADP and HCy)correlation.Results The levels of RBP4,TGF-β1,TGF-β2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=-36.488,-134.315,-143.413,P〈0.001);The levels of Cys-C,FBG and HOMA-IR in observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=-12.060,-16.490,-25.168,P〈0.001);The levels of GA and HCy in observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=-11.234,-19.107,P〈0.001),and the level of ADP was lower than that of the control group(t=28.867,P〈0.001);The levels of RBP4,TGF-beta 1 and TGF-beta 2 in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were positively correlated with Cys-C,FBG,HOMA-IR,GA and HCy levels,and negatively correlated with ADP levels(P〈0.05).Conclusion The levels of RBP4,TGF-β1,TGF-β2 in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus are higher,and are closely related to the blood glucose level and biochemical indexes of patients.
