摘要
近年来受国内外多种因素的影响,国内煤化工企业普遍存在亏损现象,部分企业通过结构调整和转型升级,成为煤化工行业竞争力较强的标杆企业。通过对5家标杆企业的产业链与产品构成、经营和财务状况的比较,分析其逆势抗跌的竞争力及盈利能力。提出煤化工企业应据现有产品产能与工艺,延伸产业链,重视终端市场需求,实施区域定位与生产,以及差异化定位,构建多资源多产业共生耦合的循环经济系统,实现资源的高效和高值利用。
In recent years, the loss of the domestic coal chemical enterprises generally exists by influnced by many factors at home and abroad. Some enterprises have become the strong competitive benchmarking enterprises in the coal chemical industry through structural adjustment, transformation and upgrading. The competitiveness and profitability of the five benchmarking enterprises in adverse situation were analyzed by comparing their industrial chain and product composition,operation and financial status. It is pointed out that coal chemical enterprises should extend the industrial chain according to the existing product capacity and technology, pay attention to the terminal market demand, implement regional positioning and production, and differential positioning, and construct multi-resource and multi-industry symbiotic coupling circular economy system, so as to achieve efficient and high value utilization of resources.
