摘要
本文从招聘信息观察英国图书馆与信息行业领域发展趋势,了解英国图书馆与信息行业的岗位设置现状,认识英国图书馆与信息行业对从业人员在能力、技术、专业知识、语言、技能、性格等方面的要求。本文总结英国图书馆与信息行业的发展特点,为完善我国的图书馆与信息行业、提升从业人员的知识与技能提供建议。
This article looks into the trends of library and information field in the United Kingdom from re-cruitment information,introduces the current situation of jobs setting in UK library and information field,and learns a- bout the profession requirements for practitioners in the aspects of ability, technology, professional knowledge, lan-guage ,skills, character in UK library and information field. This article summarizes the features of UK library and in-formation field and proposes suggestions on improving library and information field and enhancing the knowledge and skills of practitioners in our countries.
