摘要
2017年联合国社会发展委员会、安理会分别载入"构建人类命运共同体"理念以及被首次写入联大安全领域,世界逐渐听到中国发声。在人类命运共同体理念下为全球治理提供中国方略,得到国际社会的认可,中国走进了世界舞台的中央,未来必须通过坚定中国道路,建设核心价值体系,强化中国话语权的辐射力;增强中国实力,主动参与国际事务,提高中国话语权的影响力;讲好中国故事,推动文化交流,增强中国话语权的亲和力;传播中国声音,展现国家形象,扩大中国话语权的宣传力,更好地构建中国话语权体系。
In 2017,the United Nations Commission for Social Development and the Security Council,respectively,enshrined the concept of "building a community of human destiny" and the concept was first included in the security field of the General Assembly. The world is gradually hearing the voice of China.Under the concept of Community of Human Destiny,China is being recognized by international community by providing a Chinese strategy for global governance. China has entered the center of world stage. In the future,China should strengthen its development way,construct its core value system and strengthen its discourse power. China should also strengthen itself,take active part in international affairs and improve the influence of Chinese discourse power. It should also tell its stories well,promote cultural exchange,and strengthen the affinity of Chinese discourse rights. To spread Chinese voices better,to show well the image of the country and to expand the propaganda power of Chinese discourse right are proper ways to construct the system of Chinese discourse right better.
